DONNA DIXON

BUSINESS MANAGER

Donna is responsible for the accounting and financial management of the firm.  Her duties include marketing, calculations for fee proposals, invoicing, and specification writing.  She also writes agreements with our clients and writes agreements for our clients between the churches and the General Contractors, and with our consulting engineers.  Donna also provides a very valuable service to our clients and team by preparing Total Project Budgets for our churches.  The budgets include: hard costs, soft costs, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and contingency.  Helping our clients understand the total cost of a project is very important and Donna pays particular attention to the financial details.  Donna also reviews pay applications and change orders to check the math and the lien waivers before the Project Architect reviews the pay applications.  She brings a particular accounting acumen which most architecture firms do not possess.

Education:

Memphis State University (now University of Memphis) – Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a Concentration in Statistics
