prepared a master plan for Holy Rosary
Church. Phase One of the Master Plan
calls for demolition of select buildings
and the construction of a Family Life
Center and covered walkway with porte-cochere.
The Family Life Center will consist of
a gymnasium with an elevated walking
track, administration space, a youth
room, weight room, kitchen, and restrooms.
The total proposed square footage is
approximately 17,300 s.f. plus the mezzanine/walking
track. The exterior covered walkway and
porte-cochere total approximately 1,500
s.f. and will connect the Family Life
Center to the existing sanctuary.
